GOATify is a task management app. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
If you create an account, we store your email address and the task data you enter (list names, task details, deadlines, tags, and related metadata). This data is stored securely in Google Firebase.
If you use the app without an account, your data is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
Your task data is used solely to provide the app's functionality — syncing your lists across devices and enabling cloud backup. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, feature interactions). No personally identifiable information is included in these events.
Premium subscriptions are processed through Polar. We do not store your payment details. Polar's privacy policy governs payment data.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. To request deletion, contact us at patmeeker@gmail.com.
The app uses Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting) and Google Analytics. Their respective privacy policies apply to data processed by those services.
